Neighboring addresses help! Need Help? A buyer's agent can show you the property and assist with paperwork (title, etc.). Read the Listing! It often includes info on HOAs and prior soil/perc tests. Key Questions: Buildable? Soil and perc tests are essential. No prior test info in the listing means it's unknown. Building Process: Contact the local township after purchase for testing (if needed) and building permits. Failed tests can mean it's unbuildable (but explore alternatives!).
